                      IDAHO HOSPITAL LIABILITY TRUST ACT
    41-3728.  CERTIFICATE OF MEMBERSHIP. Certification of membership in a
hospital trust established pursuant to this act, in the form provided for in
sections 39-4208 and 39-4209, Idaho Code, shall meet the certification
requirements of the hospital-medical liability act.
