                                  CHAPTER 37
                      IDAHO HOSPITAL LIABILITY TRUST ACT
    41-3727.  INSURANCE. The coverage provided by a hospital trust established
pursuant to this act shall be deemed insurance for the purposes of the
requirements of title 39, chapter 42, Idaho Code.
