                      IDAHO HOSPITAL LIABILITY TRUST ACT
    41-3726.  APPLICATION OF CHAPTER. All of the provisions of this act shall
apply to and confer all rights, privileges, exemptions and immunities upon any
hospital trust established for the purposes contemplated by this act, and the
grantors, members, beneficiaries, participants and trustees thereof.
