                                  CHAPTER 37
                      IDAHO HOSPITAL LIABILITY TRUST ACT
    41-3723.  OTHER PROVISIONS APPLICABLE. Chapter 2, title 41, Idaho Code
(the director of the department of insurance), and chapter 13, title 41, Idaho
Code (trade practices and frauds), to the extent applicable and not in
conflict with the express provisions of this act, shall also apply with
respect to hospital trusts, and for the purpose such trusts shall be deemed to
be "insurers."
