                                  CHAPTER 31
                            COUNTY MUTUAL INSURERS
    41-3107.  REINSURANCE. A county mutual fire insurer may cede reinsurance
to another county mutual fire insurer or to any insurer authorized in this
state to transact the kind of insurance involved or approved by the director.
A county mutual fire insurer shall accept reinsurance only from another county
mutual fire insurer.
