                                  CHAPTER 29
                             RECIPROCAL INSURERS
    41-2917.  ANNUAL STATEMENT. (1) The annual statement of a reciprocal
insurer shall be made and filed by its attorney or the administrator of a
joint powers entity.
    (2)  The statement shall be supplemented by such information as may be
required by the director relative to the affairs and transactions of the
attorney or joint powers entity insofar as they relate to the reciprocal
insurer.
