                    ORGANIZATION AND CORPORATE PROCEDURES
                         OF STOCK AND MUTUAL INSURERS
    41-2864.  FOREIGN OR DOMESTIC ARBITRAGE TRANSACTIONS EXEMPT. The
provisions of sections 41-2860--41-2862 shall not apply to foreign or domestic
arbitrage transactions unless made in contravention of such rules and
regulations as the director of the department of insurance may adopt in order
to carry out the purposes of this act.
