                    ORGANIZATION AND CORPORATE PROCEDURES
                         OF STOCK AND MUTUAL INSURERS
    41-2801.  SCOPE OF CHAPTER. This chapter shall apply only to domestic
stock insurers and domestic mutual insurers, except that section 41-2849,
Idaho Code, (nonassessable policies, mutual insurers) shall also apply as to
foreign insurers.
