                         CASUALTY INSURANCE CONTRACTS
    41-2501.  CONTRACTS ARE SUBJECT TO GENERAL PROVISIONS. All contracts of
casualty insurance covering subjects of insurance resident, located, or to be
performed in this state are subject to the applicable provisions of chapter 18
(the insurance contract), and to the other applicable provisions of this code.
