                                  CHAPTER 18
                            THE INSURANCE CONTRACT
    41-1838.  VENUE OF SUITS AGAINST INSURERS. Suit upon causes of action
arising within this state against an insurer upon an insurance contract shall
be brought in the county where the cause of action arose or in the county
where the policy holder instituting such action resides.
