                                  CHAPTER 9
                           INSURANCE ADMINISTRATORS
    41-905.  ADVERTISING -- APPROVAL. An administrator may use only such
advertising pertaining to the business underwritten by an insurer as has been
approved by such insurer in advance of its use. All insurers shall have the
prior approval of the director before approving advertising for use by an
administrator.
