    37-2520.  PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF ACT. Any person who shall sell or
offer for sale or delivery any reclaimed oil the container of which is not
labeled or marked as provided in this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than twenty-five
dollars, nor more than $300.00, and each and every sale in violation hereof
shall be deemed a separate offense.
