    37-2513.  DISPOSITION OF FINES. All fines, exclusive of costs, collected
by any of the courts of this state, as penalties, for the violation of this
chapter or any of its provisions, shall be paid by the proper officers of said
court to the state treasurer of the state of Idaho.
