    37-2502.  INSPECTION. It shall be the duty of the department of
agriculture to inspect and take samples of the above-named articles that are
manufactured, kept for sale, or offered for sale, or sold within the state of
Idaho and to cause the same to be tested and to enforce the provisions of this
chapter.
