                        ICE CREAM AND FROZEN DESSERTS
    37-1201.  DEFINITIONS. For the purpose and within the meaning of this act,
the term "frozen desserts and frozen novelties" shall be defined as provided
in regulations promulgated by the director of the department of agriculture.
