                             FOOD, DRUGS, AND OIL
                                  CHAPTER 10
                          DISCRIMINATION AND UNFAIR
                          COMPETITION IN BUYING AND
                            SELLING DAIRY PRODUCTS
    37-1013.  VIOLATION A MISDEMEANOR -- PENALTY. Any person who shall violate
any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day
during which, and each point at which a violation exists or continues shall
constitute a separate offense. Upon conviction a person violating the terms of
this act shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars
($500) for each violation.
