                          DISCRIMINATION AND UNFAIR
                          COMPETITION IN BUYING AND
                            SELLING DAIRY PRODUCTS
    37-1006.  PROSECUTIONS. The various county attorneys in their respective
counties shall institute, manage and direct all prosecutions for violations of
this chapter. It shall be the duty of the director of the department of
agriculture to cooperate with and assist the county attorney in the county in
which any such prosecution may be instituted or pending.
