                          DISCRIMINATION AND UNFAIR
                          COMPETITION IN BUYING AND
                            SELLING DAIRY PRODUCTS
    37-1004.  PENALTIES. a. Any person, firm, corporation or other
organization, foreign or domestic, and any officer, agent or receiver of any
firm, corporation or other organization, or any member of the same, or any
individual, violating any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a
fine of not less than $100.00 nor more than $1000 for each offense, or be
imprisoned in the county jail not to exceed six (6) months, or by both such
fine and imprisonment, and, if a corporation, may have its charter or permit
to do business in this state forfeited.
    b.  Any person who, either as officer, director or agent of any firm,
corporation or other organization or as agent of any person, violating the
provisions hereof, assists or aids, directly or indirectly, in such violation
shall be responsible therefor equally with the person, firm, corporation or
other organization for whom or which he acts. In the prosecution of any person
or officer, director or agent it shall be sufficient to allege and prove the
unlawful intent of the person, firm, corporation or other organization for
whom or which he acts.
