                          GRADES OF QUALITY FOR MILK
                              AND MILK PRODUCTS
    37-811.  COMPLIANCE WITH NAMING AND GRADING REGULATIONS REQUIRED. From and
after the effective date of this act all manufacturers, wholesalers, jobbers,
processors, producers and distributors of milk, cream, butter, evaporated
milk, condensed milk, non-fat dry milk, ice cream, cheese, frozen desserts and
any other derivatives of milk or cream shall be, and they are hereby, required
to comply with the regulations as adopted by the provisions of this act and to
define, name, and grade their products in accordance therewith.
