                          GRADES OF QUALITY FOR MILK
                              AND MILK PRODUCTS
    37-808.  POLICY TO IMPROVE DAIRY QUALITY REQUIREMENTS. The legislature of
the state of Idaho, recognizing that the dairy industry is basic to the
economy of the state, that said industry does now and will continue to export
all but a small percentage of its products to other states, that said products
in order to find a market must be competitive and must be constantly improved
to meet the quality requirements of said markets, hereby declares that the
provisions of this act are vital to the economy of the state and the well
being of its citizens.
