                             FOOD, DRUGS, AND OIL
                                  CHAPTER 8
                          GRADES OF QUALITY FOR MILK
                              AND MILK PRODUCTS
    37-805.  DEFINITIONS. The word "person" as used in this chapter shall
include individuals, partnerships, associations and corporations.
    The term "department" shall mean the department of agriculture of the
state of Idaho.
    "Milk or milk products" as used in this chapter shall be defined as and
include those products enumerated and defined in the standard milk ordinance
referred to in section 37-801, subsection (1), Idaho Code.
