                              AND MILK PRODUCTS
    37-803.  RULES AND REGULATIONS. The department of agriculture shall adopt
rules and regulations governing the use of such grade marks mentioned in this
chapter, and may revise such rules and regulations from time to time as may be
deemed necessary and expedient.
