                             FOOD, DRUGS, AND OIL

                          GRADES OF QUALITY FOR MILK
                              AND MILK PRODUCTS
    37-802.  LICENSES. Any person desiring a license under this act shall make
application therefor to the director of the department of agriculture, and
upon such application being filed, said director shall furnish such applicant
with the terms, conditions, rules and regulations, and upon the compliance
therewith shall issue such applicant a revocable license for the use of any of
the grade marks described in this chapter. The form of such application and
license shall be determined and prescribed by the director of the department
of agriculture.
