                             FOOD, DRUGS, AND OIL
                                  CHAPTER 7
                        PASTEURIZATION OF MARKET MILK
                           AND MARKET MILK PRODUCTS
    37-709.  PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS. Any person or persons, corporation or
corporations, partnership or copartnership by itself or by its agents or
servants, violating this chapter, or any part, provision or section thereof
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished
by a fine not exceeding $300.00 and not less than $25.00 or by imprisonment in
the county jail for a period not exceeding six (6) months, or by both such
fine and imprisonment.
