                        PASTEURIZATION OF MARKET MILK
                           AND MARKET MILK PRODUCTS
    37-706.  CERTIFICATE NECESSARY FOR LABELING AS PASTEURIZED. From and after
effective date of this act no person, partnership, copartnership or
corporation shall label milk or milk products packaged for sale or resale as
pasteurized unless and until the plant producing such milk or milk products
shall have first obtained from the director of the department of agriculture a
certificate of compliance.
