                        PASTEURIZATION OF MARKET MILK
                           AND MARKET MILK PRODUCTS
    37-705.  CERTIFICATE TO BE RENEWED ANNUALLY. The certificate of compliance
shall be renewed annually upon application, and without fee, on the
anniversary of the effective date of this chapter; provided however that
nothing herein shall be construed to require the department of agriculture to
renew a certificate of compliance when, in the opinion of the director of the
department of agriculture, the milk pasteurizing plant applying for renewal of
the certificate is not complying with all the provisions of the chapter.
