                                  CHAPTER 7
                        PASTEURIZATION OF MARKET MILK
                           AND MARKET MILK PRODUCTS
    37-703.  DIRECTOR OF DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE TO ENFORCE. It shall be the
duty of the director of the department of agriculture to enforce the
provisions of this chapter and the director of the department of agriculture
shall from time to time cause appropriate inspections of all milk pasteurizing
plants to be made to the end that compliance with this chapter is enforced. It
shall be the duty of the attorney general and the various prosecuting
attorneys upon the request of the director of agriculture to assist in the
enforcement of this chapter.
