    37-605.  ACTION BY PROSECUTING ATTORNEY. It shall be the duty of every
prosecuting attorney to whom the dairy director shall report any violations of
the provisions of this chapter to cause proceedings to be commenced against
the person or persons so violating the provisions of this chapter.
