    37-332f.  ENFORCEMENT OF ACT BY DEPARTMENT -- RULES AND REGULATIONS. The
state department of agriculture is hereby charged with the administration and
enforcement of the provisions of this act and hereby is empowered to
promulgate and enforce such reasonable rules and regulations, not inconsistent
with this act, as it may find to be necessary for that purpose.
