                             FOOD, DRUGS, AND OIL
                                  CHAPTER 3
                          DAIRIES AND DAIRY PRODUCTS
    37-324.  PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS. Any person or persons, corporation or
corporations violating, or who shall fail to comply with the provisions of
sections 37-301 through 37-323, Idaho Code, or any part, provision or section
thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall
be punished by a fine not less than ten dollars ($10.00) and not exceeding
three hundred dollars ($300), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a
period not exceeding six (6) months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
