    37-313.  SALE OF DILUTED MILK FORBIDDEN. No milk adulterated, or changed
in any respect by the addition of water or other substances, except as
hereinafter provided, shall be sold or offered for sale; nor shall any person,
firm or corporation keep, have, sell or offer for sale, or have in his, their
or its possession with intent to sell, any such milk.
