IDAHO FOOD, DRUG AND COSMETIC ACT
37-132. REGULATIONS BY BOARD -- HEARINGS -- NOTICE. (a) The authority to
promulgate regulations for the efficient enforcement of this act is hereby
vested in the board. The board is hereby authorized to make the regulations
promulgated under this act conform, in so far as practicable with those
promulgated under the federal act.
(b) Hearings authorized or required by this act shall be conducted by the
board or such officer, agent, or employee as the board may designate for the
purpose.
