                               CAPTIVE WILDLIFE
    36-708.  HUMANE TREATMENT -- COMMISSION AUTHORIZED TO MAKE RULES. The
commission is hereby authorized to promulgate regulations relating to
standards of sanitation, humane treatment, proper care, and the maintenance of
any species of big game animals found wild in this state that is held in
captivity including wildlife held under licenses or permits issued under the
provisions of this chapter or other regulations issued by the commission. In
addition to any other penalties, the failure of a licensee or permittee to
comply with said regulations shall be grounds for the director to revoke such
license or permit.
