                       ELECTION CONTESTS -- LEGISLATIVE
                         AND STATE EXECUTIVE OFFICES
    34-2104.  JURISDICTION -- CONTESTS OVER EXECUTIVE OFFICES. The
legislature, in joint meeting, shall hear and determine cases of contested
election for all officers of the executive department. The meeting of the two
(2) houses to decide upon such elections shall be held in the house of
representatives and the speaker of the house shall preside.
