    34-909.  GENERAL ELECTION SAMPLE BALLOTS FORWARDED TO COUNTIES BY
SECRETARY OF STATE. The secretary of state, not later than September 7, shall
prepare the necessary general election sample ballots for the various counties
and forward them to the several county clerks. The secretary of state shall
place the names of the candidates for all federal, state and district offices
on the sample ballots, and by not later than the tenth day prior to the
general election shall certify the names of candidates who have been appointed
by central committees to fill vacancies as provided by section 34-715, Idaho
Code.
