                              PRIMARY ELECTIONS
    34-737.  UNCOMMITTED DELEGATES. The word "uncommitted" as applied to a
delegate or an alternate in this act means that such delegate or alternate is
not committed or bound to any one candidate at his party's national
convention, and that he is free to vote his conscience at such convention.
