                                  CHAPTER 31
                        RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE PRACTICES
    26-3116.  INITIAL LICENSING AND COMPLIANCE. A person who conducts any of
the activities set forth in subsections (18) and (19) of section 26-3102,
Idaho Code, on the effective date of this act shall, within sixty (60) days
following the effective date of this act, apply to the department for a
license.
