    26-2238.  VIOLATIONS -- PENALTIES. Any person who shall do business within
the state of Idaho as defined in this act, without a permit, or any permit
holder who fails to establish and maintain a separate trust account for such
creditors' funds for each permit which he holds, or fails to make and keep the
records required by this act, shall be guilty of a felony and punishable by a
fine not exceeding five thousand dollars ($5,000) or by imprisonment in the
state penitentiary for not more than five (5) years, or both, and any person
who shall fail to comply with any of the other provisions of this act shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor.
