                              BANKS AND BANKING
                                  CHAPTER 21
                            IDAHO CREDIT UNION ACT
    26-2146.  INVESTMENT IN SERVICE CORPORATION. No limitation or prohibition
otherwise imposed by any provision of the laws of the state of Idaho
exclusively relating to credit unions shall prevent or prohibit any two (2)
credit unions from investing not more than ten percent (10%) of the paid-in
shares and deposits of members of each of them in a credit union service
corporation.
