                            DISPOSITIONS OF FINES,
                            FORFEITURES, AND COSTS
    19-4706.  REMISSION OF FINES TO STATE TREASURER. The ten per cent (10%)
apportionment of fines and forfeitures to be remitted to the state treasurer
for deposit in the state general fund shall be remitted within five (5) days
after the end of the month in which such fines and forfeitures were remitted
to the county auditor.
