                        PROCEEDINGS AGAINST FUGITIVES
                                 FROM JUSTICE
    19-4511.  PENALTY FOR NONCOMPLIANCE WITH PRECEDING SECTION. Any officers
who shall deliver to the agent for extradition of the demanding state a person
in his [their] custody under the governor's warrant in disobedience to the
last section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction shall be
fined not more than $1000, or be imprisoned in the county jail not more than
six (6) months, or both.
