                              CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
                                  CHAPTER 30
                      WITNESSES IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS
    19-3025.  WITNESS PSYCHIATRIC, PSYCHOLOGICAL EXAMINATION. Except upon the
agreement of the parties, the court shall not order a witness in a prosecution
for any offense or a victim of any offense to submit to a psychiatric or
psychological examination for the purpose of assessing the witness's or
victim's credibility.
