                        REMOVAL OF ACTION BEFORE TRIAL
    19-1814.  REMOVAL ON APPLICATION OF STATE -- CERTIFICATE OF COSTS. The
clerk of the court in the county to which said action is, or may be, removed
must certify the amount of said costs to the auditor of the proper county,
which must be allowed and paid as other county charges.
