                        REMOVAL OF ACTION BEFORE TRIAL
    19-1810.  REMOVAL ON APPLICATION OF STATE -- ORDER. If the court is
satisfied, from the facts set forth in such application and affidavit, that a
fair and impartial trial cannot be had, an order must be made for the removal
of the action to the proper court of a county free from a like objection.
