                               RACKETEERING ACT
    18-7802.  PURPOSE. The purpose of this act is to eliminate the
infiltration and illegal acquisition of legitimate economic enterprise by
racketeering practices and to eliminate the use of legal and illegal
enterprises to further criminal activities.
