                                  CHAPTER 56
                                 PROSTITUTION
    18-5604.  PAYING FOR PROCUREMENT. Any person who pays another money or any
object of value to procure a third person to engage in prostitution shall be
guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not less than two (2) years
nor more than twenty (20) years, or by a fine of not less than one thousand
dollars ($1,000) nor more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
