                                 PROSTITUTION
    18-5602.  PROCUREMENT -- DEFINITION AND PENALTY. Any person who induces,
compels, entices, or procures another person to engage in acts as a prostitute
shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for a period of not
less than two (2) years nor more than twenty (20) years, or by a fine of not
less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) nor more than fifty thousand dollars
($50,000), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
