                      PERJURY AND SUBORNATION OF PERJURY
    18-5411.  PERJURY RESULTING IN EXECUTION OF INNOCENT PERSON. Every person
who, by wilful perjury or subornation of perjury procures the conviction and
execution of any innocent person, is punishable by death.
