the child into the national crime information center computer. Law enforcement

police shall so notify the state registrar of this state if the child was born
in Idaho, or the appropriate officer in the state where the child was born,
and the school informed under the provisions of subsection (2) of this
section.
    (4) The Idaho state police shall by rule determine the frequency, manner
and form of notices and reports required by this act.
