                            CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS
                                  CHAPTER 25
                        ESCAPE OR RESCUE OF PRISONERS
    18-2509.  PUNISHMENT FOR VIOLATION OF PRECEDING SECTION. Any person
violating the provisions of this act upon conviction, shall be punished by a
fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one thousand
dollars ($1,000), or imprisonment in the county jail for not less than thirty
(30) days nor more than ninety (90) days, or both.
